Warranty
Liliane Memorials warrants this product to original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of new product only, for personal use only, from manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for shipping cost to return product to Liliane Memorials. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by improper use, abuse, misuse, weather, or animals, or failure to comply with care instructions will void warranty. Liliane Memorials is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, punitive or other indirect damage resulting from the use of its products. In no event shall the responsibility of Liliane Memorials exceed the original price paid for product. Warranty will only be honored when accompanied by a copy of the original proof of purchase from Amazon.com or another authorized retailer and if the purchase has been REGISTERED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Contact warranty@lilianememorials.com for instructions and authorization number.

Liliane Memorials reserves the right to replace product or reimburse original purchase price, at its sole option. This warranty is the sole warranty given by Liliane Memorials. This warranty is non-transferrable. This warranty shall be interpreted in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to the provisions concerning the conflicts of laws. Any dispute shall be adjudicated in the Superior Court of New Jersey and venued in Bergen County.
READ BEFORE USE
- Remove all jewelry and watches before moving or using urn to AVOID scratching the surface of the urn
- Clean with a soft dry cloth (do not use a wet cloth or water to clean urn)
- You can use WD40 on the threads of the urn lid/neck for a smoother closing
- Be careful not to mis-thread the urn when closing it
